This design was launched in the year 2008. This design is an improvised version 2nd Gen Rope Coupling. In this design the number of Ropes were reduced from 12 Ropes to 8 Ropes. The centre Rope was replaced with Screw type Turn Buckle Assembly and 2 Steel Wire Reversing Rope was eliminated.

Single Link Assembly
- Converts the design concept from “REDUCING FLEXIBILITY” to “CONTINUOUS FLEXIBILITY”
- User Friendly, Maintenance Free and a Fit & Forget Design.
- Elongating Polyester Ropes replaced with Steel Links assembled with CNC Machined Spherical Vesconite Bushes.
- The Spherical Bushes absorb multi-misalignments of the Top Roller in all possible axis unlike Rope Coupling where cylindrical pins limit mis-alignment capability to X axis only.
“CONTINUOUS FLEXIBILITY” keeps the Top Roller FREE Floating throughout the crushing season.
5th Gen Slimline Ropeless Coupling With
Double Link Assembly
- Upgraded design of 4th GEN RLC.
- Can accommodate DBSE from 550mm to 4.5 mtrs.
- 8 Links instead of 4 assembled with Vesconite Bush.
- The Double Links act as protection against Torque Overload. If in case there is a Torque Overload and the Drive does not trip; one of the 8 Link will snap out of the pins without damaging the Coupling or the Drive.

For Pressure Feeders
- Designed for independent Drives of Pressure Feeders.
