We are having our manufacturing unit in Pune (Maharashtra, India), we are well known for our products in the market. Our manufactured range of products consists of Rope-Less Coupling, Rope Coupling, Slim Line Rope Coupling, Slim Line Ropeless Coupling, Tubular Coupling, etc.

Eurogear is the original innovator of the Sugar Mill Coupling concept. It is the most viable alternative to the conventional tail bar system to transmit torque.

The concept was first introduced in India in the year 2000 by Eurogear Pty. Ltd. South Africa. Mr. VC Srivastava & Mr. Tosio introduce the rope couplings to the Indian Sugar industry. With 550+ installations worldwide in the last 4 years, we are now considered to be the No.1 brand in Sugar Mill Couplings in the world.

Eurogear introduced the First generation coupling in the year 2000, which was a design based on Heavy Duty Wire Ropes and also called Steel Wire Rope Couplings.

To overcome the operational difficulties and high maintenance cost we introduced our Second-generation coupling, where Heavy Duty Steel Wire Ropes were replaced by 16 Polyester Ropes and also called as Polyester Sling Rope Couplings.

The Second generation coupling with 16 Polyester ropes was again outdated in the year 2009 and was replaced by a Rope Coupling with 8 ropes and 4 Torque Arms and called Third Generation Rope Coupling.

The Fourth Generation Couplings, introduced in the year 2016 are called the ROPELESS COUPLINGS. This Model was primarily designed to achieve all the standard advantages in addition to power saving which is recorded between 5-15% depending upon the condition of the Mill and the Drive System.

The Fifth Generation Eurogear Slim Line Ropeless Coupling, introduced in the year 2018 for low face to face distance between mill and drive.

The Sixth Generation Eurogear Tubular Coupling, Damage to Gear Boxes for GRPF was being reported frequently, where there was a Tail Bar Coupling. This again inspired us to design Generation 6 – EUROGEAR TUBULAR Coupling.

We are now also engaged in Water Treatment Plants; manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Filtration Plant, Reverse Osmosis Plant, Ultrafiltration Plant, Demineralization Plant, Water Softener Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, Savage Treatment Plant, Condensate Polishing Unit and Many More.

Mr. V.C Srivastava, the founder of the Company, was earlier Director of J. P. Mukherji & Associates Pvt. Ltd.
